Please help spread the word to photographers in the area and out! FOTOFEST has arrived in Katy, Texas! This biennial is the biggest photography exhibit in the world, home to Houston and now also Katy!

Framing must be black or stark white only (preferably wood). Matting must be white or black. Glass allowed.
