The “10 Minute Solutions” are great because you can tailor your workouts to your schedule or to what body area you want to focus on.

The Latin Dance Mix is dance-oriented and not very difficult. As a Cuban girl, I love dancing in “real life,” especially salsa, so this is very enjoyable as a workout and not at all boring.
I have taken kickboxing classes in the past and always got a fantastic workout from them. This video did not disappoint. The instructor is the amazing Keli Roberts, and she keeps you working hard by incorporating weights and (the hated) burpees!
