I was recently asked to do an article regarding the availability of raw cow’s milk for Katy area residents. Here are a couple of sources that might have some available:
Yonder Way Farm
5500 Hwy 105
Brenham, Texas 77833
20158 Bauer Hockley Road
Tomball, Texas 77377
I believe that it is illegal to sell raw milk in the State of Texas, so please contact local farmers directly to find it.
Where do all of the cool people in Katy go on Saturday afternoon? Try the “No Label Brewing Company” located at 5373 First Street, Katy, Texas 77493, (281)693-7545, www.nolabelbrew.com!
Tastings are held at the brewery from 1pm-3pm every Saturday, except the first Saturday of each month. Some of their feature beers include Jalapeno Ale, Elda M. Milk Stout, and Mint IPA. They also sell food, and it is dog and kid friendly! Although the facility is currently outdoors, they are working on moving into a 12,000 square foot building.
