Those who know me know that I watch Carina during most days, rather than place her with a babysitter or in daycare. While I am blessed to have the ability to do so, I found myself using it as an excuse not to exercise.

Not only did I get a fantastic workout, I also connected with an amazing group of like-minded moms and dads.
The owner, Maria Gorosito, is knowledgeable and encouraging. She and the other trainers make sure that class is different each day, while suggesting modifications for each person’s ability level.
Baby Boot Camp is a one-hour interval training class that incorporates strength training, cardio, yoga, and core work.
Carina loves doing drills with me and enjoys being outside. I love that she is learning that it’s fun to be fit!

Exercise modifications can be made for pregnant women, new moms, and active moms who are ready for an additional challenge.
